Mentor to Mentee Program: In this session an icon in business, leadership, academic or entrepreneurship is invited to speak to students about the challenges, successes and potential opportunities.

Holiday job shadowing: Students interested in various industries, firms and consultancies are placed on a week or two during holidays depending upon agreement by Mentor Hub and the hosting firms, for a hand on experience.

Students to Students mentorship: This program links university students and high school students. In this program they get to share experience at the different levels that they are as well as mentorship from an intra-generational level.

Early career choice: Career choices in Africa are taking long for young people as gathered by the findings of this study. High school students will be availed with a lot of career choices that they can take. Although their choices may change as they grow, the exposure will be worth it.

Teenage Magazine: A supplementary Teenage Magazine supporting young writers on current affairs and academic issues. The Magazine was already launched and supported by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.
