Mentor Hub is anchored upon the need to inspire and motivate the younger generation to reach their full potential through access to those that have been there, shuttered the glass ceiling conquered what may be deemed hard to overcome. The 21st century ushered in a new work ethic and culture where students are at school, parents at work and social media at home. Time for straight up mentorship has been strained. Mentorship is guidance for where you have not been before, a road map for a world you wish for and yet to come. This much needed mentorship according to the findings of Mentor Hub, it has been and it is still missing. It is with such a background that mentor hub seeks to revitalise, restore and renew the vitality and vigor that young people are supposed to possess in their career goals, dreams and ambitions.
